How to dispose a sanitary material

Remove the used sanitary pad from your underwear and roll it up.
Wrap in a sheet of paper or wrapper of a new sanitary pad.
Put the wrapped pad in the dustbin.
Wash your hands with soap and water when you are done.
Take out the dustbin bag with the used sanitary pad as soon as possible.
