How to wear a Sanitary Pad

Make sure you are using the correct pad. This is always shown on the sanitary pad along with flow indication.
Remove the strip of paper from the back of the notebook.
Press the pad into the middle of your underwear, making sure it is centred and the glue sticks firmly to your underwear.
Get up, pull up your pants and check the fit.
Wash your hands with soap and water before leaving the bathroom.
